What you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business when you book a demo, submit a form, call, text, or email us.

What is collected automatically. Standard web data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or ad that referred you — through cookies and similar technologies.

Call and message records. If you call, text, or message us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up properly.

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold your demo, build and support the systems we install, send you information you asked for, handle billing, meet legal obligations, and measure which marketing actually works.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

If you give us your phone number and consent, we may text you about your enquiry, appointment, or project. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

We use established providers to run the business, and they process data only on our instructions: our CRM and communications platform (GoHighLevel), payment and checkout providers, calendar and email providers, hosting and analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google where you arrived through an ad.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

As long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and after that only as long as legal, tax, or accounting obligations require. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for the life of that agreement and a reasonable period afterwards.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — including, for California residents, the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights.

We take reasonable measures to protect what we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our services are intended for businesses, are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
